In the Fresno market, there are numerous luxury car brands to choose from. But Scott and Katie Biehl, owners of Mercedes-Benz of Fresno, have been elevated to everyman (woman) celebrity status as a result of this ongoing campaign. We put forth the theory that car buyers would favor a dealership run by approachable, honest, and caring people who they see not only on the showroom floor, but also around town as well demonstrating those qualities. Proud to say, we were right. (25 to 30% sales increases year over year aren’t bad either.)
